We offer shipping to countries in Asia, Australia, North and South America, Russia and the Middle East. If we do not currently ship to your country, please contact us at email@example.com. We will find a solution to bring you & your MAATÏ MAATÏ product together!

Our logistic partner DHL and DHL Express handles our shipping. Your MAATÏ MAATÏ product will be in 1-3 business days at yours.
CUSTOM DUTY & TAXES
International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We advise international customers to confirm and calculate applicable duties and taxes before purchasing. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your yoga equipment to us for a full refund. For hygienic reasons we can not refund money for already used mats or blocks.
Any product that you return must be in the condition in which you received it and returned in its original packaging.
You can return a product up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Please keep your invoice.
The shipping costs for the return of your yoga mat will not be covered by us and will be borne by you.
How to return an item?
1. Contact us via email ( email@example.com) letting us know that you want to return an item.
2. Send the item back to us.
3. When the product arrived at our studio and it´s in new condition, we'll transfer your payment back.
Jewelry and items ordered with a discount are not able to return.
